Who we are

We started as a local office in Olkusz and have grown into an experienced implementation partner for projects across Poland and EU markets. Since 2010, we’ve been supporting investors and operations teams in launching and upgrading back-of-house kitchen facilities and industrial laundry sites.

A true partnership begins with the first conversation and continues for years—this is the foundation of how we work. We manage projects end-to-end, and once a site is up and running, we provide ongoing service care and operational support for the long term.

What we do day to day

1:1 consulting & project leadership
We recommend equipment and configurations that match your venue profile, expected throughput and the way your team works. You work with a dedicated advisor who leads the project and answers questions on an ongoing basis.

Technology design (incl. 3D layout)
A 3D design lets you review the layout, utilities and ergonomics before any purchase. We collect inputs (floor plan, assumptions, volume/menu, workload, technical constraints), prepare an initial concept, refine the details with you, and deliver a full package for multidisciplinary design and execution.

Delivery, installation & commissioning
We coordinate delivery and installation and ensure correct connections so the equipment is ready for safe operation. We set up and configure devices so they can perform operationally from day one.

Support for sanitary requirements & HACCP planning
Already at the design stage, we advise how to plan the back-of-house layout and workflow ergonomics to make it easier to meet sanitary requirements and implement HACCP principles.

Hands-on training
Our HoReCa and laundry specialists train teams on equipment use and explain how the machines are built and how they work. We use practical examples to help reduce errors and downtime in daily operations.

Warranty & post-warranty service
We provide technical support—from inspections and preventive maintenance to urgent breakdown response. We operate across Poland and support projects in EU markets.
