Sole trader:

NIP number of the company,
identity card of the business owner,
identity card of the spouse,
in certain cases, property separation, divorce certificate (final judgment), death certificate.

Civil partnership:

Nip number of the company,
Articles of association,
identity cards of the partners,
identity cards of the partners' spouses,
in certain cases, property separation, divorce certificate (final judgment), death certificate.

Commercial law companies, associations:

VAT number of the company,
identity cards of the person(s) entitled to represent the company.

General partnership:

VAT number of the company
identification documents of the person(s) authorised to represent the company
ID cards of the spouses of the partners
