Privacy policy and use of cookies

The provision of personal data, as well as your consent to its processing, is completely voluntary. Any personal data you provide to us shall only be processed to the extent and for the purpose for which you have consented and/or necessary for the performance of the contract concluded. However, in the event that you decide not to provide us with the data necessary for the performance of the contract and do not consent to its processing, we will unfortunately not be able to process your order/complaint.

We ask you to remember that you have the right to update or completely delete your personal data at any time.

The main legal acts governing the protection of personal data include:

  1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU.L.2016.119.1) - hereinafter referred to as the "RODO",

  2. the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2019 .1781, i.e.), which is the implementing act for the aforementioned Regulation.

Our company adheres to a restrictive Data Protection Policy. Your personal data is safe with us and we make every effort to increase this level year on year.

I. Personal Data Administrator

II. Purposes of personal data processing and legal basis.

We process your data in order to perform the agreements concluded (Article 6(1)(b) RODO), in order to inform you about the products and services available (Article 6(1)(a) RODO), as well as to recognise complaints (Article . 6(1)(c) RODO)

III. Recipients of personal data

Your data may be transferred or made available to entities authorised on the basis and within the limits of the law for the proper performance of the contract, as well as to the extent that we are required by law to make them available. With the exception of these situations, your personal data will, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, be passed on to certain entities exclusively and in connection with the need to fulfil a contractual or legal obligation. The categories of entities to which your data may be transferred include: banks, accounting and bookkeeping offices, IT service providers, courier companies, logistics companies, payment institutions, carriers, law firms.

Personal data processed by GastroProdukt will be stored for the period necessary for the proper performance of the contract and the statute of limitations for any mutual claims between the parties.

Under the terms of the provisions of the RODO, you have the right to request from the controller:

  1. access to the content of your personal data,

  2. rectification (amendment) of your personal data,

  3. erasure of your personal data,

  4. restriction of the processing of your personal data,

  5. portability of your personal data,

  6. the right to object to the processing of your data.

VII. Right to withdraw consent

If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of your data until it is withdrawn.

VIII. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

When the processing of your personal data violates data protection legislation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

IX. Information about the requirement/voluntariness of providing data and the consequences of not providing personal data.

Your provision of personal data is voluntary. However, we stipulate that failure to provide personal data may prevent the fulfilment of placed orders.

X. Automated decision-making, profiling

Your personal data will not be processed by automated means and will not be profiled.

XI. Cookies - your personal data that is automatically collected when you access www.gastroprodukt.pl.

The data collected in the logs is only used for the administration of the website. We do not seek to identify users visiting our website.

We store HTTP requests directed to our server. This means that we know the public IP addresses from which users browse the information content of our services. The resources viewed are identified by URLs. This data is not associated with specific individuals browsing our website.

The collected logs are stored for the purpose of administering the website.
