The provision of personal data, as well as your consent to its processing, is completely voluntary. We process your data in order to perform the agreements concluded (Article 6(1)(b) RODO), in order to inform you about the products and services available (Article 6(1)(a) RODO), as well as to recognise complaints (Article . 6(1)(c) RODO)

III. Recipients of personal data

Your data may be transferred or made available to entities authorised on the basis and within the limits of the law for the proper performance of the contract, as well as to the extent that we are required by law to make them available. With the exception of these situations, your personal data will, to the extent permitted by law on the basis of separate entrustment agreements, be passed on to certain entities exclusively and in connection with the need to fulfil a contractual or legal obligation. Personal data processed by GastroProdukt will be stored for the period necessary for the proper performance of the contract and the statute of limitations for any mutual claims between the parties.

  2. rectification (amendment) of your personal data,

  3. erasure of your personal data,

  6. the right to object to the processing of your data.

VII. Right to withdraw consent

If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of your data until it is withdrawn.

VIII. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

When the processing of your personal data violates data protection legislation, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

IX. Information about the requirement/voluntariness of providing data and the consequences of not providing personal data.

Your provision of personal data is voluntary. However, we stipulate that failure to provide personal data may prevent the fulfilment of placed orders.

X. Automated decision-making, profiling

Your personal data will not be processed by automated means and will not be profiled.
